Delivered behind your brand

In short

White-label PPC is Google Ads management carried out by MMC while your agency owns the client and the report. We build and optimise search, Shopping, Performance Max and video campaigns in the client's account, and send you the numbers and notes you need for the client call.

  • In the client's account. We work inside the client's own Google Ads, so they keep ownership.
  • Search to Shopping. Search, Shopping, Performance Max and video managed to one plan.
  • Notes for your call. Weekly notes say what changed and why, ready for your own words.

Monday Marketing Company (MMC) delivers PPC for agencies and works behind your brand. You own the client relationship; we do the work.

How white-label PPC works in practice

Campaigns run in your client's own Google Ads account, with you or MMC added as a manager. The client keeps ownership of the account, so there is no lock-in, and you keep the relationship.

We use the same method as our own Google Ads service: tracking first, then structure, then scale.

What we handle in white-label PPC.

Build, optimise and report, in the client's own account.

  1. Account audits. A review of structure, tracking and waste you can use to win or retain a client.
  2. Search campaigns. Keyword structure, ad copy, bids and search term control.
  3. Shopping and feeds. Product feed clean-up and campaign structure for ecommerce.
  4. Performance Max. Asset groups, audience signals and exclusions managed carefully.
  5. YouTube and video ads. Video campaigns with creative guidance.
  6. Conversion tracking. GA4, tags and offline conversions set up correctly.

Why agencies choose MMC for white-label PPC

A delivery partner that behaves like part of your team.

  • Tracking before spend. We check conversions first, because bad data wastes budget.
  • Client owns the account. No lock-in. You and the client keep control.
  • Under your brand. Deliverables and reports can carry your name and format. You decide what the client sees.
  • NDA first. We sign an NDA before we see client details, and we do not approach your clients.

The work, shown

How a client's Google Ads account runs behind you.

  1. 01

Take over the account without a restart.

We audit the client's own Google Ads account first and agree what stays, what pauses and what is rebuilt.

  2. 02

Split brand and generic searches for your report.

Search is structured by intent and negatives are kept current, so you can explain where spend went.

  3. 03

Clean the product feed before spending on it.

Titles, images and availability are fixed in the client's feed, so Shopping spends on products that can sell.

  4. 04

Feed Performance Max the right inputs.

Asset groups, audience signals and exclusions are set with notes you can pass on to the client.

  5. 05

Move budget on margin, not reported conversions.

Weekly notes say what changed and why. The account stays the client's, and the report stays yours.

Where agency delivery goes wrong

Five places white-label PPC goes wrong.

Search term reportTap a number to see where it breaks and how we run it.
Illustrative diagram, not a client account. No real figures.
  1. 1

    Structure

Brand and generic searches are reported as one.

Brand searches flatter the numbers, and the client later sees the gap.

How we run it. We keep brand, generic and competitor searches apart, so your report shows where money earns and where it does not.

  2. 2

    Ownership

    Nobody owns the product feed.

The agency blames the store, the store blames the agency, and Shopping stalls.

How we run it. We list feed issues, fix what we can in the client's account and send you a clear ask for what the client must change.

  3. 3

    Automation

Automated campaigns run on thin inputs.

Performance Max with few assets and weak signals spends money to learn.

How we run it. Assets, signals and exclusions are set before launch, with a short note for you to give the client.

  4. 4

    Follow-up

    Video views never reach search.

Ads that get watched but are not followed up make video look like a cost.

How we run it. Video audiences feed search and remarketing, and the report shows where they went.

  5. 5

    Reporting

The report shows conversions, not profit.

Reported conversions can sit far from what the client keeps after costs.

How we run it. We set up tracking so reports can be read against the client's margin or cost per qualified lead.

Your onboarding

How your first Google Ads account gets onboarded.

  1. Three colleagues leaning over a printed plan on a table.

    Stage 1

    NDA and account access

We sign the NDA, then the client invites us into their own Google Ads, Merchant Center and analytics with the access you grant.

You get: An access and tracking checklist.

  2. A laptop with a spreadsheet open beside a notebook of next steps.

    Stage 2

    Pilot account audit

One account is audited and you get a short, ranked fix list before any budget moves.

You get: An audit you can take to the client.

  3. A hand writing a plan in a notebook on a desk.

    Stage 3

    Approval and report SOPs

Who approves budget changes, how weekly notes read and which report template is used are written down.

You get: A weekly rhythm your team can rely on.

  4. A laptop showing a growth projection beside a notebook.

    Stage 4

    Scale across accounts

More accounts join on the same routine, with one strategist who knows how you report.

You get: PPC for more clients, same routine.

The stages show the order of onboarding, not a promise of timing. What the first audit finds decides how long each stage takes.

White-label PPC for agencies that sell more than they can staff.

A good fit

You are an agency, studio or consultancy that sells PPC but does not want to hire and manage the team for it.

It suits digital agencies, web studios, consultancies, freelancers and in-house marketing teams.

Not a fit

You want us to pitch or contact your client under our own name.

That is our direct service. We will point you to the right page and talk through it.

Common questions

Questions about white-label PPC.

Do you run ads in my client's own account?

Yes. The client owns the account and we are added as managers, so there is no lock-in.

Who pays for the ad spend?

The client pays the platform directly. Our fee is separate and agreed in the scope.

Do you also do Microsoft or Amazon Ads?

Microsoft Advertising can be included. For Amazon, see our white-label ecommerce page.

Can you take over an underperforming account?

Yes. We start with an audit of tracking and structure, then share a plan before changing spend.

Will my client know MMC is involved?

Only if you choose to tell them. We sign an NDA, work under your brand, send deliverables in your format and do not contact your clients unless you ask us to.

How do we get started with white-label PPC?

Share the client's account details through your agency, sign the NDA and we run an audit before changing anything.
